In 2002, Gordon Pirie entered into a joint venture with the Marquess of Aberdeen to develop 51 homes in Methlick on the Haddo Estate. The outcome of this venture, along with the re-development of the Gordon Arms Hotel Site in Peterculter, led to the creation of Gordon Land Limited – a property development company in which Gordon Pirie and the Marquess of Aberdeen are equal partners.

Gordon Land has evolved over the years into the Property Development Company of today. The company’s portfolio shows a diverse range of new and refurbished properties, throughout the North East of Scotland. A core group run the company, supported by a skilled team of Professionals.

Chairman - Marquess of Aberdeen ARICS
The Marquess of Aberdeen’s past experience in the fields of property and business management play a key role in the success of the company, with 30 years experience in property investment and development.

Managing Director - Gordon Pirie
A civil engineer by profession, Gordon’s pivotal role in the company is to seek out new developments although he still commands a strong “hands on” approach to the general running of the business.

The Management employs the services of the Churchill Homes Development team.
